Sarwat Nasim Shah is a passionate mental health practitioner and the founder of khudi.com.pk, a digital platform focused on psychological well-being, personal growth, and emotional resilience through psycho-education imparted to communities. With a strong background in counseling and mental health awareness, she has worked with individuals and groups facing diverse challenges of varying degrees.

Over a decade of practice, Sarwat has developed her work around the belief that mental health support should be accessible, stigma-free, and culturally relevant leading to the formation Khudi as a community platform. She brings a practical, empathetic approach to her work, blending evidence-based therapeutic methods with mindfulness and self-awareness tools. Her sessions and programs aim not only to address symptoms but also to help individuals discover their inner strength, self-worth, and long-term coping skills and walk out of therapy with empowerment and self reliance.
