Sarwat N Shah is a renowned integrative therapist, author, and advocate dedicated to promoting mental and emotional wellness. As the founder of Khudi, she empowers individuals and organizations to prioritize their well-being. Her Parenting Upgrade Programme equips parents and teachers with the skills to provide mental and emotional first aid to children.

Sarwat is the author of “Smart Parents For Early Parenthood Handbook,” Pakistan’s first parenting handbook. Written while raising her two toddlers, this book reflects her passion for supporting parents in nurturing their children’s mental and emotional health … Because Children do not come because children do not instruction manuals.

She was awarded the title of Ponds Miracle Woman in 2016 for this outstanding achievement. She was also the co-curator of the “Ray of Hope” art exhibition, which aimed to raise awareness about Postpartum Depression.
